. Captain – Hospitality

Location: Dadar West, Mumbai Experience: 2–4 years Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description

Madwater Brewery is looking for experienced and customer-focused Captains to manage day-to-day floor operations and ensure a smooth dining and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome guests and assist them with seating and menu requirements.

· Take food and beverage orders accurately.

· Explain menu items, beverages and available recommendations to guests.

· Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for timely order delivery.

· Ensure tables are properly set, clean and maintained.

· Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

· Handle basic guest queries and resolve service-related concerns professionally.

· Coordinate with Stewards, Bartenders and other floor staff.

· Ensure service and hygiene standards are maintained.

· Assist in billing coordination and table closing.





· Support the restaurant team during peak hours and special events.

Requirements

· 2–4 years of experience in a restaurant, brewery, bar, lounge or hotel.

· Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

· Solid knowledge of food and beverage service.

· Customer-service-oriented approach.

· Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.

· Presentable personality and skilled grooming.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
