We are seeking a knowledgeable, energetic, and experienced Microfinance Trainer to join our team at the Barasat Skill Development Center. The selected candidate will be responsible for imparting practical and theoretical training to students under skill development and vocational training initiatives in Microfinance, Banking and Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery: Conduct classroom and interactive training sessions on Microfinance concepts, banking rules, loan documentation and client communication skills.
Curriculum Management: Deliver lessons according to the prescribed course curriculum and module structures.
Practical Guidance: Guide students through real-world microfinance operations, documentation, customer verification techniques and basic financial literacy.
Placement Support:
Prepare candidates for mock interviews and guide them toward successful job placements in the Microfinance/BFSI sector.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA) or any relevant discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Microfinance operations OR relevant teaching/training experience in BFSI skill development projects (e.g., PBSSD, DDU-GKY, PMKVY).
Skills: Strong knowledge of Microfinance operations, field compliance and good communication skills.
Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Barasat will be given preference.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
