Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios for Salesforce applications.
Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, Apex classes, and Lightning components.
Perform Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and UAT support.
Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom implementations.
Validate APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
Log, track, and verify defects using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint quality goals.
Prepare test reports and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills
Strong experience in Salesforce QA/Testing.




Valuable understanding of Salesforce CRM platform.
Experience with:
Salesforce Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Lightning Experience
Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
Hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
Knowledge of API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
Experience in defect tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
Experience working in Agile settings.

Preferred Skills
Experience in Test Automation using Selenium, Provar, Tosca, or Copado.
Salesforce Administrator Certification or Salesforce QA Certification.
Experience testing Salesforce integrations and middleware applications.
Knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques.
