Responsible for managing and supervising all warehouse activities during the assigned shift, ensuring smooth and effective handling of paints and related materials. The role involves coordinating warehouse manpower, monitoring material inward and outward movements, maintaining proper storage and stacking, and ensuring timely dispatches.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, unloading, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch.
Allocate work to warehouse staff and monitor productivity and attendance during the shift.
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper documentation of all material movements.
Follow FIFO/FEFO practices and ensure proper identification, segregation, and stacking of products.
Monitor damaged, leaking, short, or excess materials and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
Coordinate with transporters, sales teams, and other departments for smooth and timely dispatches.




Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE, 5S, housekeeping, and fire-safety requirements.
Conduct regular stock checks and support physical inventory verification and audits.
Maintain shift-wise records and prepare reports related to inward, outward, stock, manpower, and pending activities.
Ensure proper shift handover and communicate all key operational issues to the next shift/manager.

Required Skills
Good team handling and communication skills.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Basic knowledge of SAP and MS Excel.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle operational issues effectively.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
