Role & responsibilities

.Own and manage the sales pipeline from lead qualification through site visits, negotiations, booking, and closure.

• Drive residential real estate revenue through consultative selling and structured customer engagement.

• Understand customer requirements, market trends, project positioning, pricing, and inventory to recommend suitable opportunities.

• Build and manage strong relationships with customers, developers, banking partners, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Monitor pipeline movement, follow-ups, conversion ratios, and sales performance to improve closure rates.

• Guide and mentor sales executives on customer handling, objection management, negotiations, and deal closure.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a robust customer experience.

Who We're Looking For • Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed institution.



• 2- 7years of experience in residential real estate sales. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

• Customer-centric mindset with high ownership and accountability. • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a quick-paced startup workplace.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills. • Interest in real estate, technology, and consultative sales.
