We are looking for an Architect with a robust design background to support a strategic consulting assignment for a leading real estate organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and assess architectural designs, plans and development proposals.
Support feasibility studies, site assessments and development-related analysis.
Coordinate with project and design teams and provide architectural inputs.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
Requirements:
B.Arch with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Solid design and architectural planning background.
Good understanding of real estate development and project feasibility.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work from the client/project site in Gurugram
