We are looking for experienced Billing / Commercial specialists to join our team for infrastructure projects in Andhra Pradesh / Telangana.
The candidate should have solid experience in end-to-end project billing activities and preferably have worked on Road / Highway projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete billing activities of the project from start to finish.
Manage Client Billing, Contractor Billing and Sub-Contractor Billing.
Prepare and process RA Bills and Final Bills.
Review BOQ, measurements, quantities and billing documentation.
Handle quantity reconciliation, rate analysis, variations and extra items.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors and project teams regarding billing matters.
Ensure timely submission and certification of bills.
Maintain proper billing records and supporting documentation.
Lead and manage the billing/commercial team.
Handle regular client interaction and coordination related to billing.
Coordinate with project/site teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.
pls note: Candidates with Road / Highway / Expressway / Infrastructure project experience will be preferred.
