We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Officer to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience, responsible for providing high-quality customer service, driving sales of banking products, and supporting branch operations.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective strategies to build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve customer complaints and queries.
Drive sales of banking products and services to achieve business targets.
Collaborate with the branch operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day activities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
Solid knowledge of banking products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
