Role & responsibilities
Plan and design school buildings, classrooms, offices, laboratories, and other facilities.
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, and working drawings.
Conduct site visits and take measurements.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
Monitor construction, renovation, and maintenance works.
Ensure work is completed as per approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.
Check materials, measurements, and project requirements.
Provide solutions for site-related technical issues.
Maintain project drawings and documentation.
Coordinate with management and school teams for infrastructure requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
B.Arch from a recognized institution.
1 -5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
Knowledge of Revit/SketchUp and construction processes will be an advantage.
