Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have: -
Mandatory US Healthcare experience of more than 3 years is required. Work on claims configuration issue and perform root cause analysis. Knowledge in Claims adjudication, Provider appeals & Grievances is preferred.
MS Office skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player.
Robust analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends and make suggestions for improvements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a explicit, constructive and skilled manner.
