Entry-level/ Experienced sales role responsible for outbound calling to Canadian customers, pitching telecom products/services, and driving conversions from provided leads.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to Canada-based customers using assigned leads
Pitch telecom products (plans, upgrades, bundles, etc.)
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable offerings
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM (call outcomes,
conversions, follow-ups)
Handle objections and rejections professionally
Follow defined scripts, compliance, and call quality standards
Ensure adherence to shift timings
Required Skills
Neutral/explicit English accent (international process readiness)
Valuable communication and persuasion skills
Sales Experience and willingness to learn
Confidence in handling rejection
Robust listening skills and customer empathy
Eligibility
Graduate
Freshers to 7 years of experience (BPO/sales preferred)
