Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and provide appropriate solutions to medicine-related queries.
Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting/finding medicines available on our online platform.
Identify generic alternatives for branded medicines based on the same composition, strength, and dosage form.
Provide customers with accurate information regarding medicines, compositions, strengths, and availability.
Handle prescription-related queries and verify prescriptions as per company procedures.
Resolve customer issues professionally and coordinate with the internal team when required.
Assist customers who face difficulty searching for generic medicines on the platform.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism while communicating with customers.
Candidate Profile
B.Pharm / D.Pharm from a recognized institution.
2–5 years of experience as a Pharmacist.
Strong knowledge of generic and branded medicines.
Positive understanding of medicine compositions, strengths, dosage forms, and therapeutic categories.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Valuable customer-handling and telephone communication skills.
Ability to explain medicine-related information clearly to customers.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online pharmacy/e-commerce platforms preferred.
Customer-focused, responsible, and willing to work in a fast-paced online pharmacy environment.
