5+ years in a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or Solutions Lead capacity. Expert-level Java and Spring Boot development experience. Robust experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services. Advanced React development experience in enterprise environments. Robust experience with event-driven architectures utilizing Kafka. Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures. Experience with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB, or similar. Robust understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization. Experience working within cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure. Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
