We are seeking a energetic and experienced qualified to lead our Banking Operations Division, ensuring smooth financial coordination between the company, customers, and banking institutions.
Role & responsibilities
Lead, manage, and oversee the companys day-to-day banking and financial operations, including the reconciliation of transactions.
Coordinate with multiple banks and financial institutions for home loan tie-ups, project funding, and EMI schemes.
Supervise fund flow management, and banking documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven leadership experience in banking operations, financial coordination, or loan management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of real estate financial processes, loan documentation, and project financing.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
