Role & responsibilities
Assist in sterile injectable manufacturing and filling operations as per approved SOPs and GMP requirements.
Operate and monitor production equipment under the guidance of senior personnel.
Follow aseptic practices, gowning procedures, and cleanroom requirements.
Perform line clearance, equipment cleaning, and area cleaning activities as per SOPs.
Maintain accurate BMR/BPR and production records.
Follow safety, GMP, GDP, and data integrity requirements.
Report equipment abnormalities, deviations, and process-related issues to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the production area.
Support routine production activities and achieve daily production targets.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma qualified
Basic knowledge of GMP and sterile manufacturing practices.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Ability to learn and follow SOPs and instructions.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to work in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting are encouraged to apply.
