HR Manager – GDD (Global Design Delivery Center)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR Operations for our Global Design Delivery Center (GDD). The candidate should have strong experience in employee lifecycle management, joining formalities, HR compliance and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:-
Manage end-to-end HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle.
Handle onboarding, joining formalities, documentation and exits.
Ensure employment law compliance.
Manage employee relations, grievances and HR policies.
Coordinate payroll, perks and HR MIS.
Work with global stakeholders and support international HR operations.
Ensure smooth HR processes across multiple geographies and time zones.

Desired Profile:-
10–15 years of HR Operations experience.
Robust knowledge of HR Operations, Employee Relations.
Experience in International/Global HR Operations preferred.
Exposure to APAC / EMEA / UK / Africa markets will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Full-Time MBA/PGDM in HR is mandatory.
