Role & responsibilities : * Develop and maintain relationships with international customers and prospects.
Identify current business prospects and support customer acquisition.
Manage and follow up on international orders from inquiry to execution.
Coordinate closely with customers regarding order requirements, timelines, pricing, and documentation.
Follow up with production and supply teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Coordinate internally with production, supply, logistics, and other relevant teams.
Track order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Support day-to-day business development and operational activities.
Prepare and maintain customer, order, and sales-related reports.
