Role & responsibilities
esign, develop, and maintain software applications using Actimize solutions to support financial crime risk management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues, implementing effective solutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Actimize and software development.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.
Mandatory Skills:
Robust knowledge and hands-on experience with Actimize solutions.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Experience with software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
Solid understanding of software design principles and design patterns.
Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
