Role & responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire new customers for financial products.
Contact customers and understand their loan/financial requirements.
Explain suitable products, eligibility and documentation requirements.
Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate the application process.
Follow up with customers and banks/NBFC partners until completion.
Maintain regular customer records and achieve assigned monthly targets.
Build good relationships with customers and ensure proper service.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Any Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant sales experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
Sales, banking, finance or loan-related experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with positive communication and a willingness to learn can also apply.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a customer-facing sales role.
