Collaborate with Relationship, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams to develop client-focused financing solutions and ensure timely transaction execution.
Engage with clients to understand their business model, organizational structure, funding requirements, and transaction objectives; address queries and obtain relevant information throughout the credit process.
Perform comprehensive credit analysis and due diligence covering the borrower, transaction structure, cash flows, and underlying collateral; prepare Credit & Risk Assessment Notes (CRAN) with risk assessment and initial recommendations.
