Salary: 15,000 per month(Stipend)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented MBA (HR) freshers to join our Recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and a willingness to learn end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.




Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile
MBA in Human Resources (Freshers Only).
Female candidates only.
Valuable communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Stipend review after successful completion of 6 months based on performance.
Hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment.
