A boutique investment banking and financial advisory firm is hiring a Vice President for a senior origination-and-execution seat.

Focus sectors: BFSI, Healthcare, Consumer Tech and Manufacturing. We are looking for a developed sector thesis and credentials in one or two of these, not surface coverage of all four.

Key responsibilities:
Originate and execute private equity, venture capital and investment banking M&A; transactions in the focus sectors
Develop and manage institutional relationships with clients, investors and financial institutions
Own transactions end to end from mandate to closure
Independently produce transaction collaterals - teaser, pitch document, information memorandum and financial model
Arrive at valuations using precedent transaction and public market multiples and DCF
Generate recent business ideas, pursue cross-sell prospects, write thought pieces and present at conferences
Mentor junior team members.

Must have: a proven track record RAISING private equity, VC or investment banking capital for companies in the focus sectors. Please indicate your preferred city when applying - Bengaluru or Chennai.
