Roles and Responsibilities
Provide technical support for ERP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP ECC, FI, CO, HR, MM, and PS modules.
Assist in implementing recent ERP projects by configuring system settings, setting up user accounts, and performing data migration tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions using ERP functionalities such as workflow management and reporting tools.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on various aspects of ERP usage, including navigation, transaction execution, and data entry.
