Manage a portfolio of 500+ insurance clients.
Act as the single point of contact for all policy-related queries.
Build long-term relationships through regular follow-ups and annual reviews.
Maintain accurate client profiles and family insurance records.
Renewals & Customer Service
Track upcoming renewals and achieve high renewal retention.
Send premium reminders and coordinate payment collection.
Issue policy copies, endorsements and policy amendments.
Resolve servicing requests within defined turnaround times.
Claims Assistance
Guide clients through health, motor and life claim procedures.
Coordinate with insurers, TPAs and hospitals for documentation.
Update clients proactively until claim closure.
Maintain a claims tracker and escalation log.

Identify suitable prospects for:
Health Insurance
Term Life Insurance
Motor Insurance
Travel Insurance
Fire & SME Insurance
Cross-selling should always be based on client needs and compliance requirements.
Operations & MIS
Update CRM daily with interactions and policy status.
Maintain renewal, claims and lead MIS.
Coordinate with operations for policy issuance.
Ensure complete KYC and documentation.
