Key Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end Software Testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Design, execute, and validate test cases based on business and functional requirements.
Identify, track, and report defects through the defect management lifecycle.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure quality deliverables.
Support release testing, regression testing, and production validations as required.

Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Testing.
Experience working on Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services projects.
Valuable understanding of Payments, Settlement, Reconciliation, and Accounting processes.
Hands-on experience in SIT and UAT execution.
Robust knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:
Exposure to banking applications and transaction processing systems.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
