Role & responsibilities
Lead sourcing and acquisition of APF (Approved Project Finance) prospects.
Develop and manage relationships with developers, EPCs and consultants.
Evaluate project proposals for initial feasibility and bankability.
Achieve business targets for disbursement and profitability.
Manage and oversee a team of Relationship Managers, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure they are effective and motivated.
Preferred candidate profile
• Project Finance & APF (Approved Project Finance) expertise
• Project feasibility and bankability assessment
• Credit appraisal and risk analysis
• Financial modelling and due diligence
