Job Description:
Manage after-sales service operations for Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC) products across the assigned region.
Manage and coordinate authorized service centers, service partners and service engineers.
Ensure timely complaint resolution, TAT, first-time-fix (FTF), customer satisfaction and service quality.
Monitor service KPIs, escalations, warranty claims and service performance.
Conduct regular service audits and ensure compliance with company processes and standards.
Coordinate with sales, technical, spares and other internal teams for effective service operations.
Analyze service reports and identify areas for process and performance improvement.
