Role Summary:
Responsible for implementing and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module, including annual compensation cycles and enhancements.

What Youll Do:
Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module
Support annual compensation cycle and manage related enhancements
Collaborate on at least one implementation and one support project for SuccessFactors Compensation

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
Solid functional knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors system,



specifically in Compensation
Implementation and support experience with SuccessFactors Compensation module
LTI experience
Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

Valuable to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
Experience in custom compensation statements
Understanding of other SAP SuccessFactors modules

Qualifications:
Must be Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
