Role Sales Manager (Assistant/Deputy Manager) Pre-Sales
Function: Pre-Sales / Business Development
Reports to: Zonal Sales Manager
Location: Guwahati, Bihar
Role Summary
Drive franchise expansion by acquiring recent Kids partners, supporting them through the setup process, and ensuring successful centre launches.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert franchise leads through effective sales presentations.
Identify and acquire recent franchise partners.
Support partners in property selection and franchise onboarding.
Ensure timely collection of franchise fees and operational readiness.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth centre setup and inauguration.
Assist with pre-launch marketing to generate admissions and local awareness.
Maintain CRM/Lead Management System, sales reports, and KYC documentation.
Achieve sales, operationalization, and revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
MBA (Sales & Marketing) with 4+ years of experience in education, retail, or franchising.
