Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute bulk and mass hiring strategies for high-volume requirements.
Partner with business stakeholders to drive lateral, sales, and volume hiring.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and selection to offer management and onboarding.
Track recruitment metrics and drive data-based improvements in hiring effectiveness, productivity, and turnaround time.
Leverage recruitment technology and digital platforms to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency.

Job Requirements
7–15 years of Talent Acquisition experience in BFSI, preferably with a solid background in banking recruitment.
Proven experience in bulk, mass, lateral, and sales hiring.
Robust understanding of the banking and financial services talent landscape.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience managing multiple hiring priorities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
Strong proficiency in recruitment technology and digital tools, with the ability to create effective presentations, reports, dashboards, and MIS.
