Ciklum is looking for a Lead Delivery Manager to join our team full time in India.
Responsibilities
Define project milestones and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring expectations and project scope are clearly managed
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to AI model accuracy and clinical safety
Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including:
Sprint planning
Daily stand-ups
Retrospectives
Support the team in maintaining high team velocity through effective Agile/Scrum practices
Manage resource allocation during the development phase
Track and manage the project budget throughout the development phase
Requirements
Experience in Technical Project Management or Delivery Management, preferably within a startup setting
Agile certification (CSM) or PMP certification is highly desirable
Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder software products
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical constraints into business impact
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management suites
