Requirements




10+ years experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, with Private Markets experience highly regarded.
Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into explicit deliverables, supporting solution design and user acceptance testing.
Strong experience working in Agile environments, including user stories, process mapping, gap analysis, and as-is/to-be state definition, with proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical audiences in global teams.
Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience in financial data analysis; exposure to SQL, Power BI, and financial concepts is advantageous.
