Job Family: EBO Accounts Receivable (India)

Responsibilities
Identify inpatient/observation accounts requiring Notification of Admission (NOA).
Submit notifications through payer portals, EDI, fax, or phone calls.
Initiate non-clinical authorizations where applicable.
Document authorization/reference numbers accurately in the system.
Follow up on pending, rejected, and denied submissions.
Ensure compliance with payer timeliness requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation in system notes and billing summaries.
Handle AR follow-up activities and payer communications.
Work on denials, rejections, LOAs, and claim corrections.
Adhere to HIPAA, information security, and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements
Graduate degree.
Solid English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading).
Willingness to work night shifts.




Experience handling payer communication channels (portals, EDI, fax, and calls).
Understanding of AR Follow-up and Denial Management processes.
Experience with NOA (Notification of Admission) processes preferred.
Solid attention to detail and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Experience in authorization, denial prevention, and payer follow-up activities.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet productivity targets.
