Detailed JD Lead a team of ServiceNow developers and analysts ensuring timely delivery of ITSM Custom Applications and integration initiatives
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements define solutions and translate them into actionable user stories
Facilitateparticipate in Protected Agile ceremonies including PI Planning Sprint Planning backlog refinement daily standups and sprint reviews
Manage story assignment track sprint progress remove delivery impediments and ensure team commitments are met
Monitor and report delivery metrics such as sprint velocity story completion release readiness and overall team performance
Perform resource capacity planning demand forecasting and workload balancing to support current and future delivery needs
Maintain a robust understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities ITSM processes custom application development and integrations to effectively guide the team and support solution decisions
