We are hiring a hands-on Java Full Stack Developer to build secure, scalable, high-performing enterprise applications. You will own features end to end, from design and development to debugging and production support, while mentoring junior developers and promoting engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular or React
Build REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka
Design SQL Server data models and optimize query performance
Build secure, scalable applications that follow WCAG accessibility standards
Take part in QA activities, defect triage, and code reviews
Mentor junior developers and promote best practices
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with 2-week sprints
Required Skills
6+ years in full stack development, with 6+ years in Java and Spring Boot
5+ years in Angular or React, with robust Core JavaScript (ES6+)
3+ years in microservices and distributed systems
Hands-on knowledge of Apache Kafka or similar event streaming platforms
3+ years in SQL Server (data modeling, query optimization, performance tuning)
3+ years in REST API development and integration patterns
Git, Maven or Gradle, Jenkins or GitHub Actions
Docker, and AWS, Azure, or GCP
Positive communication skills
Valuable to Have
Healthcare domain experience
Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent
