Role & responsibilities
Complete all assigned breakdown calls and customer complaints on time.
Attend PM, minor calls, installations, and commissioning as assigned.
Handle major/repeat breakdowns and escalations with required technical support.
Identify the root cause of failures and reduce customer complaints and spare consumption.
Provide proper customer feedback and service reports to the Service Manager
Ensure proper site preparation, installation, commissioning, and documentation for higher-kVA UPS systems
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with prior experience in UPS Industry
