Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and HR documentation.
Manage HRIS/HRMS data and ensure timely updates of employee information.
Coordinate attendance, leave, and shift-related processes.
Coordinate with payroll teams for monthly payroll inputs, attendance, deductions, new joiners, exits, and other changes.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, MIS, and employee data.
Support employee onboarding, including documentation, background verification, induction, and joining formalities.
Manage full-and-final settlement and exit documentation for departing employees.
Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, advantages, attendance, leave, payroll, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable statutory requirements.




Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on HR-related activities.
Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information.
Support audits and provide HR records and reports when required.
Identify prospects to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Working knowledge of HRMS/HRIS and MS Excel.
Understanding of payroll and attendance processes.
Knowledge of applicable labour and employment regulations.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Good verbal and written communication.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
