14+ years of overall experience in Mainframe IT Infrastructure Services / Mainframe Infrastructure projects.
3+ years of experience in Mainframe Presales and/or Solution Architecture roles.
Robust hands-on knowledge of IBM Mainframe infrastructure, including servers, DASD, Tape, Storage, Disaster Recovery, Networking, and Security.
Experience in designing and architecting IBM Mainframe solutions.
Experience across Datacenter Design, Build, Run, and migration activities, particularly involving Mainframe platforms.
Experience as a Mainframe Systems Programmer supporting enterprise Mainframe environments.
Robust understanding of IBM Mainframe and ISV software portfolios and licensing frameworks.
Experience in Mainframe workload migration and modernization planning and execution.
Ability to perform Mainframe infrastructure sizing, staffing estimates, and solution costing based on client requirements.
Solid client-facing communication skills with experience handling senior/CXO-level stakeholders
