Job Responsibilities
Manage and monitor enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure.
Lead a team of network engineers and coordinate daily activities.
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, firewalls and Wi-Fi.
Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, DHCP, DNS, OSPF and BGP.
Manage VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN and Internet connectivity.
Monitor network performance, availability and uptime.
Handle L2/L3 escalations, critical incidents and network outages.
Conduct RCA and implement preventive actions.
Manage network changes, upgrades and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with ISP, OEM and external vendors.
Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and maintain operational reports.
Maintain network diagrams, SOPs and technical documentation.
Coordinate with IT security teams for firewall and network-security requirements.
Follow ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management processes. LinkedIn
