About the Role

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant with robust expertise in Indirect Taxation and GST to manage GST compliance, tax reconciliations, assessments, notices, audits, and advisory activities. The candidate should have robust knowledge of GST laws and the ability to independently handle tax-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end GST compliance and return filing, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C.
Perform GST reconciliation and Input Tax Credit (ITC) validation.
Review GST transactions and ensure accurate tax computation and reporting.
Handle GST departmental notices, assessments, audits and queries.
Prepare reconciliations, workings, explanations and responses for tax authorities.
Provide GST advisory on business transactions and compliance matters.




Research changes in GST laws and regulations and assess their business impact.
Handle GST registration and refund-related activities, including RFD-01.
Coordinate with Accounts, Finance and other internal teams for timely compliance.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and assessments.

Candidate Profile
CA qualified with 3–5 years of relevant experience in GST/Indirect Taxation.
Strong practical knowledge of GST compliance, reconciliation, ITC and tax assessments.
Experience in independently handling GST notices and departmental correspondence.
Robust analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant accounting/taxation software.
Experience in manufacturing, metal trading or commodities will be preferred.
