Job Responsibility:
Identify, attract, and engage Non-IT professionals for roles such as CSR, etc.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies.
Use job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to build a solid talent pipeline.
Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) records and update candidate information.
Develop long-term connections with candidates and clients to support future hiring needs.
Must Have:
Should have working experience with direct clients.
Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN.
Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp)
Solid understanding of technical requirements.
Excellent spoken and written English
Should have experience in bulk hiring for CSR Roles.
