Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule and execute civil construction activities as per project timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors.
Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues for smooth execution.
Maintain measurement books, quality records and daily/weekly reports.
Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory regulations and site standards.
Manage manpower, materials, machinery and site resources efficiently.
Handle site inspections, audits and project deliverables.
Support cost control and resource optimization.
Qualification & Experience:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in civil construction.
Solid knowledge of project planning, execution, quality control and safety procedures.
Valuable communication, leadership and team management skills.
Preferred: Experience in large-scale building ,commercial, infrastructure or urban development projects.
