You will own analysis workstreams across consulting and software engagements, converting stakeholder needs into traceable requirements, process models and acceptance criteria.
What you will do
Plan and facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
Produce BRDs, FRDs, SRS documents, process models and user stories.
Maintain traceability from business objectives through UAT acceptance.
Surface scope gaps, dependencies and risks early.
Eligibility and education
Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Applications or a related discipline.
Two or more years in business analysis, process improvement or technology consulting.
Robust client-facing documentation and facilitation experience.
Required skills
Requirements elicitation, process modelling and stakeholder management.
BPMN or UML, user stories, acceptance criteria and UAT support.
Excellent written communication and document quality.
Valuable to have
Government, healthcare, finance or regulated-delivery exposure.
CBAP/ECBA, Scrum or product-discovery certification.
