Role & responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the dark store and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise and manage store staff, pickers, packers and delivery operations.
Monitor inbound, outbound, picking, packing and inventory activities.
Ensure accurate inventory management and minimize stock discrepancies.
Track orders, dispatches and TAT to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain store hygiene, safety and operational standards.
Handle stock receiving, put-away, cycle counts and reconciliation.
Monitor team attendance, productivity and performance.
Coordinate with delivery, warehouse and operations teams for smooth execution.
Identify operational issues and take quick corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and trackers.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, processes and quality standards.
