Key Responsibilitiesn

Generate and follow up on leads through calls, field visits, and referralsn
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customersn
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targetsn
Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clientsn
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions/recommendationsn
Prepare and deliver sales pitches, quotations, and proposalsn
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions (CRM)n
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and after-sales supportn
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledgen

Qualificationsn
n
Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)n
0–3 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers welcome)n
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skillsn
Self-motivated with a results-driven approachn
Ability to work under targets and handle pressuren
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)n
Own two-wheeler/vehicle preferred (for field sales roles)n
