Handle and process Jewellery Insurance Claims from registration to settlement. N
Manage Fire & Property Insurance Claims, including documentation and follow-ups. N
Coordinate and conduct meetings with insurance companies and surveyors regarding claims. N
Build and maintain solid qualified relationships with insurance companies and surveyors. N
Follow up tactfully with insurance companies, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure claims progress smoothly. N
Ensure required work and documentation is completed tactfully and efficiently while maintaining professional relationships. N
Coordinate with clientsand provide clear updates regarding claim status, requirements, and documentation. N
Handle client queries professionally and maintain positive communication and rapport with clients. N
