Role Overview
nWe are looking for a Security Manager to run the day-to-day security operations of our manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on, plant-floor role — not a corporate position.
nYou will be responsible for gate control, guard supervision, material movement verification, CCTV monitoring, and overall facility security discipline. You will work closely with our Stores, Dispatch, HR, and Production teams.
nKey Responsibilities:
nGate Control & Material Movement
n

Supervise factory gate operations and control all entry and exit pointsn
Verify inward materials against purchase orders and delivery documentsn
Ensure outward dispatches are matched against challans and invoicesn
Prevent unauthorised material movement at all timesn

nGuard Supervision
n
n
Manage and deploy security guards across shiftsn
Conduct daily briefings, attendance checks, and discipline reviewsn
Ensure guards strictly follow entry and exit protocolsn

nVisitor & Contractor Control
n
n
Maintain accurate visitor entry and exit logsn




Issue visitor passes and manage contractor access to the facilityn

nCCTV & Surveillance
n
n
Monitor CCTV systems and flag incidents promptlyn
Ensure surveillance equipment is functional at all timesn
Maintain incident reports and escalate as requiredn

nFacility Security
n
n
Conduct regular rounds of the plant and premisesn
Monitor perimeter security and enforce after-hours disciplinen

nIdeal candidates include:

Former army or police personnel transitioning to industrial securityn
Factory security supervisors ready to take on full facility responsibilityn
Manufacturing plant security managers with hands-on operational experiencen
Specialists with a background in warehouse or industrial securityn
