nKey Responsibilities
n

Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally and Zoho Books n
Maintain and reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable n
Perform bank reconciliations and manage routine banking operationsn
Handle GST filings and ensure TDS compliance n
Assist in preparation and basic finalization of Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets n
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures n
Prepare, maintain, and organize accounting records and documentationn
Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting systemsn




Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for financial clarificationsn
Effectively multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentn

nKey Skills & Requirements
n
n
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce or a related fieldn
5+ years of relevant accounting experiencen
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)n
Hands-on experience with Tally and Zoho Books n
Solid understanding of AP, AR, and banking transactions n
Sound knowledge of GST, TDS , and applicable tax regulationsn
Basic understanding of account finalization, P&L;, and Balance Sheet n
Excellent time management and organizational skills n
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesn
Good Communication Skillsn
