NKey Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day communication with clients and understand their campaign requirements. N
Coordinate with internal influencer marketing and campaign teams to ensure smooth execution. N
Prepare campaign briefs, updates, presentations, and client communication. N
Track campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and pending requirements. N
Coordinate with clientsand internal teams for timely closure of campaign deliverables. N
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. N




Assist in handling client queries, feedback, and escalations. N
Support the team in identifying opportunities for repeat campaigns and client growth. N
Maintain accurate records of campaign progress, communication, and deliverables. N
Stay updated with influencers, creators, social media trends, and emerging content formats. N

Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. N
Good understanding of influencers, creators, and social media platforms. N
Robust coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills. N
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously. N
Proactive approach withstrong attention to detail. N
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. N
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced influencer marketing environment. N
