nRole Description
nThis is a full time on-site role for Design oriented Architects based in Bengaluru. The Design Architect will be responsible for developing high-quality conceptual architectural designs, managing projects, preparing DD drawings & presentations, and coordinating with clients, sub-consultants and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

nArchitects: 3 to 6 years
nSenior Architects : 7 to 12 Years

Solid expertise in Architectural Design with a keen eye for detail.n
Proficiency in Design Management and the ability to develop comprehensive design strategiesn
Experience in preparing and reviewing detailed Construction Drawingsn
Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team membersn
Knowledge of sustainable design principlesn
Proficient in relevant architectural software and toolsn
Candidates positive at hand sketches, parametric design and graphic design sensibilities preferedn
A Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture focussing on Design & substanibilityn
Candidates with proven experience in creating designs and handling mid to large scale projects for diverse sectors, such as residential, corporate, or mixed-use developments, preferedn
